Terms and Conditions

We make every effort to deliver your order as soon as possible. Orders placed on weekdays before 3:00 PM will be shipped the same day if possible. However, we cannot always guarantee this, as products may sometimes be out of stock, in which case the delivery of your order may take a little longer. The product page provides an indication of the delivery time. Should we be unable to meet this delivery time for any reason, we will, of course, inform you as soon as possible.

The prices stated do not include shipping/handling costs. The shipping/handling costs are:

€ 18.00 for orders under € 250,-
Free for orders from € 250,-

Delivery is handled by DHL or Post NL parcel delivery service. Generally, delivery will take place between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM on the next business day. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the exact time of delivery. We only deliver within the Netherlands.
